Problem Description

Customers report that the number of hosts to be processed a few days ago is higher than that in the last 30 days.

Warning Very-Low Risk

There are 24 data before last week

There are only 16 pending cases in the last 30 days

Root cause

The Risk Level the device Endpoint is calculated on a daily basis.
The customer disposed of some hosts on the 17th. The Endpoint status can be read when viewing the Endpoint in the last 30 days, so the processed hosts will no longer be displayed.
The corresponding host before the 16th is Pending, so it is displayed.

solution

This is because some hosts were disposed of on the 17th. This is a normal phenomenon. Just add the time of disposal of the corresponding Endpoint.
