Root cause
After Cyber Command is configured to cascade to the upper-level platform, the process of handling Weak Password and submitting them will be synchronized with the upper-level platform. If the upper-level platform is Offline, Cyber Command will send multiple packets to try to connect to the upper-level platform mechanism, resulting in slow handling.

Note: After the configuration is connected to the upper-level platform and Offline, the Offline cascade configuration cannot be deleted directly from the lower-level platform. It is necessary to reconnect to the upper-level platform before the operation can be performed
