Cyber Command is linked to Endpoint Secure, but Cyber Command always shows that Endpoint Secure is not installed
Problem Description
Cyber Command is linked to Endpoint Secure. For many days, Cyber Command has been showing that Endpoint Secure is not installed.
Effective troubleshooting steps
- Test the connectivity on Cyber Command and Endpoint Secure respectively. The ports and access accounts are normal.
- Check the linkage log in Endpoint Secure, and a small amount of logs are uploaded;

- Check the Cyber Command linkage status and find that STA and Cyber Command have the same IP;

- After adjusting the network, it is normal to connect to Cyber Command through a dedicated line;
Root cause
Endpoint Secure and STA are branches, and SNAT is performed on the egress, resulting in the same Collector IP, so Cyber Command receives log exceptions;
solution
Branch has both STA and MGR access to the Cyber Command platform, which requires direct routing or different SNAT conversion IPs;
