Problem Description

Customer feedback: Cyber Command cannot send Correlated Block

Effective troubleshooting steps

Check that the customer's firewall environment is a dual-machine active-standby firewall. The wall that cannot be sent to the Correlated Block is the standby wall, and the standby wall does not support separate configuration.

Root cause

Backup firewall cannot send Correlated Block IP

solution

Use the main wall to issue Correlated Block. The backup wall does not currently support the Correlated Block policy
