Problem Description

Cyber Command shows that the AF on the cloud security service platform is Offline and cannot be disconnected

Warning Very-Low Risk

Removing the cloud Secure service platform prompt: The device cloud Secure service platform has been referenced by the tenant, please remove the reference first

Effective troubleshooting steps

  1. Log in to the cloud Secure service platform and check the linkage between the cloud security service platform and Cyber Command;

  2. Click to access the Secure notification platform and close the linkage with Cyber Command

  3. Delete the cloud Secure service platform linkage record again on the Cyber Command interface.

solution

After the cloud Secure service platform closes the linkage with the situation awareness platform, log in to the situation awareness platform to delete the linkage record of the cloud Secure service platform.
