[Cyber Command] The content of the email alarm log is empty

Problem Description

Customers reported that the email content in the email alert log was empty, but in fact the corresponding email was received and contained data.

Warning Very-Low Risk

Root cause

The email alert log is the data in mongo read in real time. When incident has been processed, it will not be displayed.

solution

Once incident has been processed, it will not be displayed in the email alert log, and the solution will be explained to the customer.
