[Cyber Command] Virtual vCyber Command gateway id duplication issue

Problem Description

The virtual Cyber Command v3.0.57 installed on the hyper-convergence has the same gateway ID, which causes the re-import authorization exception

Effective troubleshooting steps

  1. The underlying platform is a hyper-converged platform. The Cyber Command and gateway ID of the newly installed virtual machine are still the same.


2. The gateway id of the newly created and cloned devices is the same, and the MAC address of the NIC remains unchanged.

Root cause

The gateway id of virtualized Cyber Command is related to the platform uuid. You need to change the UUID of the underlying platform to update the gateway id.

solution

Create a new virtual machine, check Enable UUID, and then install Cyber Command Offline:

Operation Impact Scope

After enabling uuid, the authorization ID of the virtual machine will change and the authorization will be lost.
If the device is a sales device, please operate with caution
