Agent installation prompts that the installation package file is missing and the installation fails.

Effective Troubleshooting Steps

1. View the agent installation log and find that the patch_version file loading error occurs. It is determined that it is caused by an abnormal configuration file of the vulnerability patch library, as shown in the figure below:

2. After upgrading the vulnerability patch library version, reinstalling the agent is normal.
   

   Solution

   Upgrade the vulnerability patch library version and reinstall the agent normally.
