[ES] ES Manager and agent are installed on the same server, causing ES Manager to fail to start.

Problem Description

Version ES3.2.9.381, after deploying the agent on ES Manager, the ES Manager service cannot start.

Alarm Information

Unable to log in to the ES Manager management page.

View ports, port 443 is no longer listening.

Process –

Consulted with online customer service.

You can only uninstall ES Manager and Agent, and then redeploy everything.

Solution

Uninstall ES Manager and Agent, then redeploy ES Manager completely.

Suggestions and Summary

The ES ES Manager does not currently support installation on the same server, as doing so will cause the ES Manager process to crash.
