[ES] Manual Update of Rule Library Offline Package
Problem Description
The customer's ES cannot connect to the internet and needs to update the latest rule library.

Process –
- Access the ES virus library of a certain company's community through a browser.

- Use an internet-accessible and manageable tool to download the corresponding virus database.

Root Cause
The ES Manager server cannot access the internet properly and requires an offline update of the rule library.
Solution
Import the downloaded offline package and wait for the device to load the update package.
