Problem Description
Unable to automatically upgrade the virus database on the central end.

Process –
- Test whether ES Manager can access the Internet by pinging an external IP.
- After investigation, it was found that the domain name of the update server was resolved to 1.1.1.1, indicating that other security devices redirected the address of the update server.

Root Cause
The security device has redirected the address of the update server.
Solution
Allow access to the update domain on the security device, test if wget resolves the domain to the IP address correctly.

It is possible to add the IP of ES Manager to the whitelist on other security devices with external network access restrictions to ensure automatic virus definition updates.
