Problem Description

The option for real-time monitoring of ES files on Windows terminals is grayed out and cannot be configured in version ES3.2.10.

Root Cause

Because the "Terminal Management" – "Policy Center" – "Terminal Group" – "Real-time Protection" has disabled client configuration modification.

Solution

Select "Allow clients to modify configuration" in [Terminal Management] – [Policy Center] – [Terminal Groups] – [Real-time Protection].
