Problem Description

After manually dividing and configuring the terminal into groups for a period of time, it was found that the terminal appeared in the ungrouped terminals.

Effective Troubleshooting Steps

  1. Analyze the operation log to confirm that no one has manually moved the terminal to a different group.
  2. In "System Management" – "System Settings" – "Basic Settings", it was found that the configured period for regularly clearing offline terminals is relatively short.

  1. Based on the usage of the terminal, it is determined that the terminal was automatically cleared by the manager after going offline, and then merged back into the ungrouped terminals when it came back online.
  2. After appropriately extending the automatic removal time, subsequent observations are normal.
