ISO installation of ES platform prompts “grub_calloc” not found after clicking install.

Problem Description

After clicking install, it prompts "Symbol 'grub_calloc' not found".

Root Cause

Change the server boot mode to UEFI. There will be an issue with legacy boot mode. UEFI boot mode is problem-free. Some servers default to legacy boot.

Solution

After changing the server boot mode to UEFI, the installation can proceed normally.
