Issue Description

Unable to save USB control configuration due to special characters at remark column.

Error/Warning Information

Handling Process

1. Tried to submit the config again found there is error message prompt out.
   
2. Request to try remove the config that is with () and submit again, found able to submit the config successfully.
   
3. Feedback to try add back the configs without any specialist character like "()", found no issue as well.

Root Cause

Unsupported special characters appear inside remark column.

Solution

1. Remove the unsupported special character from remark column.
2. Will be resolve in next version 3.5.10.
