Issue Description

Customer’s Endpoint Secure is hosted on Platform-X and the license had expired, no longer able to access the Manager for uninstalling agent.

Handling Process

1. Tested the tool internally on different versions ( 3.7.12, 3.7.12R2, 6.0.2) and all were having issue.
2. Feedback the issue to R&D for further verification.
3. Confirmed this is a bug which exists on version 3.7.12, 3.7.12 R2 and 6.0.2
4. Currently the root cause is still being investigated, but solution is available.
