Problem Description
The eth0 port is connected to a network cable, the device Restart, and the network cable on port 0 is unplugged to Restore Connected.
solution
**Step One: **Unplug the network cable at port 0, shut down the Shut Down min 5 minutes, then power on System, and then short-circuit port 0 and Other ports. It was found that the device would Restart (the arm light changed from off to always on).
**Step Two: **Unplug port 0 and connect Other Interface. The device will not Restart.
**Step Three: **Return the under-warranty device to the factory for inspection. It is recommended to use Other ports as Management InterfaceArchitecture devices. This problem often occurs in devices with old architectures. It has not occurred on the c3000 and c246 platforms.
