[Hardware Troubleshooting] Huawei Kunpeng ARM server Offline problem troubleshooting

Problem Description

The device is Offline and the System Disk Fault indicator is yellow.

solution

Step One: Enter IPMI View event and find that 2 Settings Error.

**Step Two: **Manually Restart the device and enter the RAID card administration and management interface View System Disk is in place (some drivers are unhealthy, go in and Click repair).



Step Three: Turn off the power, unplug the backplane cable, and then enter the RAID card administration and management interface. You can see two System Disk (if Status is not online, change it to UG, then import forgein).
Step Four: View warning: YJ20230821002, place a repair Odd Auto unlock after the device in the warning, and arrange for the server manufacturer to come to replace the rear backplane and cables.
