[Hardware troubleshooting] Servers with SN starting with 9F or F6F repeatedly restart Auto unlock after quality inspection interface

Problem Description

Phenomenon:
The device Auto unlock after error 0X4F is detected on the hardware quality inspection interface. The BIOS Version J41S214F and the BMC Version 1.09.B9141512.

solution

Enter the IPMI interface: Settings–>Network–>Enable IPV6, Save, and then upgrade to the latest BIOS and BMC version to completely solve the problem.

Cause:
LAN IPV6 Support is Close for Unknown Cause (BMC Default enabled by default). However, the BIOS logic is incorrect after this function is Close, resulting in repeated Restart Auto unlock after POST interface.
