[Hardware troubleshooting] SN is FBH server down, Fault code CPU Usage VCCIN error processing

Problem Description

The device crashes and Restart. The BMC log prints a CPU Usage VCCIN Error. The BIOS and BMC firmware are attached.

solution

Step One: Log In IPMI and View event. You will find a VICCIN Alerting but None Other Alerting.

Step Two: Check that the BMC Firmware Version is 3.03.10.91.

**Step 3: **This problem occurred before Version 3.03.11.15, and you need to upgrade to version 3.03.11.15 or above. Our latest Version is: 3.07.00.31, and the corresponding BIOS Version should also be upgraded.
