Problem Description

Serial Port cable (Mon end has an RJ45 Serial Port port, connected to the device console, and Mon end has a USB port, connected to the PC)

solution

Step One: Connect the Serial Port cable to the console port of the device and the USB end to the PC.

**Step Two: **Open Computer–>administration and management–>Device administration and management–>Port, and View whether the corresponding Serial Port Info is recognized. Step Three: Open tools such as pshell or xshell and Select Serial port.

Step Four: , Select the corresponding Serial Port, Click Interfaces Settings, change the baud rate to 115200, Data bits: 8 parity: NO, stop bits: 1, Flow: RTS/CTS
