Problem Description

Phenomenon: The arm light is always on or the arm light and ha light flash alternately (card memory quality inspection), there None connected to the Serial Port/VGA port, and None signal when connected to the keyboard.

solution

**Step One: **Unplug the power cord, etc., 5 min and then power on to see if there is any output.
