The device cannot be Power On (the power light and logo light are off)

Problem Description

Phenomenon Mon: All indicator lights are off (bypass light, arm light, power light, logo light)
   
Phenomenon Tue: Only the Bypass indicator is always on, and Other indicator lights are off.

Symptom Wed: The power module indicator light on the rear of the 2U device is off.

solution

**Step One: **Turn off the power for 5 min and then turn on the power. Short press Shut Down (rebound switch, it will rebound when short pressed, which Connected) to see if it can Power On (and power light and logo light are always on). If Power On, proceed to step Tue.

Step Two: Replace Connected power cord and socket, short press the power Interfaces to see if it can Power On. If it still cannot Power On, return the whole machine for repair.
