Problem Description

Migrating a virtual machine from vmwar to acloud reports an error: The number of Slot per CPU socket of the migrated virtual machine cannot be an odd number greater than 1

After changing the number of cores of each CPU to an even number, the migration was successful;

Root Cause


The number of CPU cores of a virtual machine on acloud cannot be an odd number greater than 1;

Solution

Change the number of cores of each CPU to an even number;
