Problem Description

When a newly created non-admin user administrator starts a virtual machine, a prompt appears: You do not have power control permissions and cannot perform this operation. Please contact the administrator!

Alarm Information

Process –

1. Check that there is no problem with the administrator's permission configuration, and the administrator can also manage this virtual machine.

2. Create a new administrator user test in the internal experimental environment. The same problem occurs when selecting Read-only test in the resource column. Selecting administrator or keeping the same level as the previous one allows you to start the virtual machine normally.

Solution

The newly created administrator user has insufficient permissions. You can upgrade the administrator user's permissions to admin to start the virtual machine normally.
