Problem Description

acmp console prompt, service unavailable, possibly due to system busy

Effective Troubleshooting Steps

  1. Check the status of the acmp virtual machines on the hyper-converged platform and find two identical acmp virtual machines.
  2. Inquiring with the client, it was discovered that the client's acmp environment has been customized. The current version being used is an unmodified acmp, which is causing abnormal operations on the acmp platform.
  3. After shutting down the unmodified ACMP, and modifying it to another ACMP, the ACMP interface operates normally.

Using the wrong acmp virtual machine caused.

When the acmp prompt service is abnormal, it is recommended to first check the status of acmp on the acloud platform to reduce troubleshooting time.
