Problem Description

After migration to hyper-convergence, the virtual machine NIC cannot be started, and the prompt prompts that the dependent service or group cannot be started

Effective Troubleshooting Steps

Open Computer Management-Services, find the following service Network List Service, and find that the service is not started. Manual startup also reports an error. Then find all dependent services of the service and start them. Finally, undisable the DHCP service and start it normally.

Root Cause

It is inferred that vmTools disabled the DHCP service.

Solution

Undisable the DHCP service and enable it to start automatically
