[HCI-VN] 5000 rate NIC before 680 do not support solutions

Problem Description

But not limited to the following scenarios: Network port loading exception or network port interface does not display network port, aggregate interface fails, aggregation port is not displayed after aggregate interface

Effective Troubleshooting Steps

1. Check vn-node-agent and find an error

2. Check whether the corresponding network port supports 5000baseT/Full speed.

Root Cause

5000-speed network port is not supported on 680

Solution

1. 690 repair, can be upgraded to 690 solution
2. 680 needs to be patched (before the patch package is released, you need to contact VN technical support to manually modify the code for a temporary solution. After the temporary solution, restarting Node will fail)
