Issue Description

Unable to build IPSec VPN with third party device and in the system log get error message as below:

Handling Process

1. Check the system log.
2. In the system log get the error message like error to receive peer proposal
3. Check both side phase 1 ISAKMP Algorithm
   

Root Cause

Local did not receive peer ISAKMP Algorithm.

Solution

Try to use other authentication method and encryption method.

Suggestions

ISAKMP Algorithm need to consistent in both side.
