Effective troubleshooting steps

  1. Enter the virtual machine through WIN PE and find that there is a txt file named "HOW TO BACK FILES" in the desktop directory of the virtual machine. The specific content of the file is as follows. If this is the case, it can be basically determined that the virtual machine has been infected with a ransomware virus.
  2. Log in to the abnormal virtual machine and find that the EDR program is also damaged and cannot run normally.
