【IAG】Can Not Access Virtual IP

Issue Description

PC access internet through IAM Proxy Module,but PC can not access Virtual IP Address.It shows “404 Not Found”.

Handling Process

  1. Capture packet in IAM’s NIC and found that no packet accross IAM for 1.1.1.239.
  2. Add Virtual IP to Exceptions to avoid PC to access Virtual IP through Porxy.

Root Cause

Virtual IP not support IAM proxy.

Solution

Modify IE’s settings,add Virtual IP to Exceptions.
