Problem Description

The number of people in the un-shutdown detection interface is inconsistent with the number of people in the exported report. There are 118 people in the query in the APP, but only 56 people are actually exported.

Effective troubleshooting steps

1. Check the downloaded report file. The file time is earlier than the download time.

2. Compare the URLs for each report download, they are all the same link
   

Root cause

The same link is accessed every time when the non-shutdown detection report is exported. The download tool thinks it is the same file and stops downloading from the device.

solution

Adjust the download tool configuration to "add duplicate download links and overwrite existing files" and re-export the report so that the number of people is consistent with the query results.
