[IAG] 12.0.42 link load does not take effect

Problem Description

In IAG12.0.42 version, link load is configured, and specifying that the data accessing Weibo should go through WAN2 does not work, and the data still goes through WAN1.

Process——

  1. Check that the link status is normal and there is no link failure on the WAN2 link.

Root cause

The DNS proxy can specify certain types of domain names to go through specific routes. If a domain name request matches the specified route of the DNS proxy policy and its application is also used for link load routing, the DNS proxy has a higher priority than link load routing. This part of the traffic goes out through the specified route configured by the DNS instead of through link load routing.

solution

Adjust the DNS proxy policy according to the actual needs of the intranet to avoid conflicts between the DNS proxy policy and the link load policy.
