[IAG] 6.1 to 11.0R2 upgrade failed – too many URLs in the blacklist and whitelist groups

When upgrading IAG6.1 to 11.0R2, the upgrade fails and the message [LINE:1440] Error: There are 100 URLs named "http://www.rw3school.com". Please delete 161 of them and then upgrade. The check failed.

Root cause

Too many URLs in the blacklist and whitelist

solution

Delete the blacklist and whitelist in [Object Definition] – [Blacklist and Whitelist Group] and continue upgrading.
