[IAG] 802.1X authentication, authentication assistant succeeds, but authentication fails on IAG

Problem Description

The authentication was successful on the authentication assistant, but the authentication was not online on the IAG

Process——

  1. Check the failure reason in [Network Monitoring] – [Network User Management] – [Users who failed to access the network in the past seven days], and it is prompted that MAC verification failed.
  2. In the intranet three-layer environment, the IAG is not configured to span the three layers. It works normally after the configuration of spanning the three layers

Root cause

IAG cannot obtain the terminal IP/MAC correspondence
