Problem Description

A new network segment in the intranet cannot access the Internet, but the old network segment can access

Warning Information

The webpage cannot be opened and the internet cannot be accessed

Process——

1. Confirm the fault phenomenon: the newly added intranet segment cannot access the public network
2. Check the authentication policy. The first authentication policy does not require authentication. Only the network segment of the previous intranet is filled in. The second is the default policy, which is set to "not allow authentication"
3. Confirm that the problem is solved by adding the new network segment to the first authentication policy

Root cause

The default authentication policy is set to "Not Allowed Authentication"

solution

Add a new network segment to the policy that allows authentication or cancel the default policy that does not allow authentication, and change it to the same authentication method as other authentication policies.
