Problem Description

Querying users based on organizational structure does not work in the data center

Process——

  1. In the data center, query according to the source IP, and you can query normally

  3. Communicate with the customer. The user was added later, which resulted in the organization structure not being updated. Change the user authentication policy to password authentication and log out, then go online again. The query in the data center based on the organization structure is normal.

Root cause

The user was added later, resulting in the organizational structure not being updated

solution

Log out the user and log him back online. The data center will query the organizational structure normally.
