[IAG] Abnormal user logout–the terminal’s heartbeat detection interaction message and IAG communication failed
Problem Description
The user checked [Automatically log out after closing the page], but the user did not close the page and went offline, and the heartbeat timeout logout message was displayed.
Effective troubleshooting steps
- Confirm that the default interval of IAG heartbeat message is 3s
- The user logged in at 14.23 and then logged out at 14.25. At the same time, packet capture and analysis on the IAG showed that the heartbeat message was sent to the IAG (2.3.4.5) every 3 minutes starting at 14.23:01. After 14.23.37, the IAG did not receive any heartbeat packets. At this time, it was confirmed that the user did not close the page.
- This means that there is a device between the user's computer and the IAG that intercepts the heartbeat packet, causing the user to log out directly.
solution
Check the intranet environment to ensure that the heartbeat detection interaction messages from PC to IAG can communicate normally.
