Problem Description

aBOS warns every day that the virtual storage usage exceeds the threshold, please delete or migrate the virtual machine

Process——

  1. Check that only one virtual machine is turned on. Check the backup of this virtual machine and find that there are backup files for the last five days.
  2. Check the server disk usage and find that it occupies about 1T of space, while the aBOS device disk only has 4T
  3. The virtual machine has enabled the daily automatic backup mechanism, resulting in 95% of the disk space occupied after 4 days of backup.

solution

Cancel the automatic backup mechanism, change to manual periodic backup, and delete the earliest backup file
