[IAG] Accessing the redirection address 1.1.1.3 is sometimes not accessible

Problem Description

Access the redirect address 1.1.1.3, sometimes it cannot be accessed

Effective troubleshooting steps

1. After the user has a problem, the IAG captures the packet and checks that after the terminal user accesses port 80, the packet starts to be retransmitted after the three-way handshake.
   
2. Further reproduce the problem and find that the user also accesses port 4431 of 1.1.1.3
   

Root cause

Browser problem, access to the authentication page automatically changes to https access causing exceptions

solution

When accessing the authentication page, bring http://1.1.1.3 to let users bookmark the authentication page address
