[IAG] After BBC upgrade, IAG can send configurations normally, but SG cannot send configurations normally

Problem Description

After BBC upgrade, IAG can send configuration normally, but SG cannot send configuration normally

Process——

  1. BBC has been upgraded to the latest version. When testing the configuration, IAG can issue it but SG cannot.
  2. Configuration can be sent normally before upgrading
  3. Check that IAG is version 12.0.14 and SG is version 12.0.9
  4. Check and confirm that no SG version upgrade package above 12.0.18 has been imported into the BBC branch version center, and upgrade the template to the new version
  5. Import the new version upgrade package of SG according to the following case library. After upgrading the template, SG resumes normal policy delivery.

Root cause

When BBC is upgraded to BBC2.5.3 or later versions, the interface changes are issued, and the policy template file needs to be upgraded once for SG and IAG.

solution

The problem is solved after upgrading the SG policy template to version 12.0.18 or above
