Problem Description

A new IAG is installed. After configuring the access policy, the access download interface cannot be popped up.

Process——

  1. Check that the policy configuration is normal and the online user is normally associated with the access policy.
  2. However, users can directly access the Internet without popping up the access and installation interface
  3. Check that the access policy does not enable silent installation
  4. Check the test PC terminal task manager to locate the access plug-in ingress that has been installed

Root cause

The plug-in has been installed, so the access installation interface cannot be popped up.

solution

After uninstallation, the test can pop up the access installation interface normally
