Problem Description

User feedback: The result page cannot be popped up after successful password authentication

Effective troubleshooting steps

1. The user's ac version is 13.0.62. This version normally supports the pop-up authentication result page. Check the post-authentication processing and select the post-authentication result page.
2. If the consulting user is a proxy, the result page cannot be popped up if the authentication page is a Windows pop-up window.
   
3. If it is a web version authentication page test, the authentication result page can pop up
   
4. When accessing http pages in the proxy scenario, the web authentication page will pop up, and when accessing https, the windows authentication page will pop up.

Root cause

Windows pop-up window does not support the result page after successful authentication

solution

When you visit the http website, the web version authentication page pops up. The result page pops up only after the authentication is successful.
