[IAG] After successful user password authentication, the authentication page pops up again–the terminal PC has dual network cards
Problem Description
- Some users are already online, but the authentication page pops up occasionally when surfing the Internet
- The user is already online, but the authentication page still pops up when opening the website
Process
- Capture the packet to see that the computer IP accessed the authentication page of 1.1.1.3

- But I didn't see the redirection data packet from IAG. I checked the computer to see if it had multiple IP addresses and dual network cards.

- I suspected that it was another IP request, so I captured the wireless IP. Sure enough, the PC used the wireless network card's IP to access the Internet and was redirected by the IAG.

Root cause
The IP of the wired network card is online, but the wireless network card is not online and fails the authentication, so the IAG rejects the IP of the wireless network card and redirects the authentication page.
solution
Disable the wireless network card, or add the wireless network card's IP to global exclusions
Suggestions and Conclusion
It is recommended not to enable multiple network cards at the same time
When multiple network cards need to be enabled, it is recommended that one of the network cards not be equipped with a gateway to avoid unknown routing.
