After the LDAP server is established on the external server, the domain users cannot be seen in the local organizational structure

Check the settings of the external server and find that anonymous search is enabled and the authorized domain account and password are not filled in.

The external server does not have an authorized domain account and password.

solution

The external server fills in the authorized domain account and password to synchronize the domain user to the local normally
