Problem Description

Audit rule base update failed

Effective troubleshooting steps

  1. Check that the application identification library and URL library are updated normally
  2. Backstage execution of sh -x /ac/module/actrace/scripts/ntrace_updater still fails
  3. The device is connected to the Internet normally
  4. Confirm that the rule base server connection is normal
    wget -T20 -t3 'update1.sangfor.net/ac/ntrace/1.0/update.php?u=0000' -O /tmp/ntrace_uplist
  5. cd /ac/module/actrace/new_trace/update_cache ;
    ll -trl;
    Check whether the audit rule base file already exists

solution

Execute ll -trl;rm IMRule_Pc.zip; to delete the buffer.
Re-pull the audit rule base
sh -x /ac/module/actrace/scripts/ntrace_updater 106 0;
