Problem Description

[IAG] Authentication policy submission error message: Invalid MAC address

Process——

I checked the MAC address format and it was normal. However, the MAC address had a "t" in the screenshot from the highest letter to "F". I checked the MAC address and it was filled in incorrectly. After changing it to the correct MAC, it was successfully submitted.

Root cause

MAC address consists of letters "A" to "F", and there is no letter after "F"

solution

After changing to the correct MAC address, it works normally

Suggestions and Conclusion

When filling in IP, MAC and other addresses, it is recommended to double-check whether there are any errors (including confirming the format)
