Problem Description

When checking the bandwidth analysis module in BA, it is reported that there are devices older than 12.0.

Effective troubleshooting steps

1. Log query is normal
2. Testing on IAG found that the IAG to external port 801 was unavailable.
3. The customer cooperated to check the intermediate network. After the firewall opened the relevant ports, the bandwidth analysis query was normal.

Root cause

Port 801 from IAG to BA is unreachable

Solution: Open port 801 in the intermediate network
