[IAG] BA statistics on user traffic rankings do not display user names – BA has enabled the [Enable statistics on group traffic only] function.

Problem Description

When querying user traffic rankings with an external BA, you can only see the group name, not the user name.

Process——

  1. Built-in statistics of user traffic ranking can count users normally
  2. External BA log synchronization is normal, and query log is normal
  3. Statistics on user traffic rankings can only show groups, not user names

  4. Check the BA system settings and find that the [Turn on group traffic statistics only] function is turned on

  5. After turning off the [Turn on group traffic statistics only] function, user traffic can be counted normally.

Root cause

The system settings have enabled the [Enable statistics group traffic only] function

solution

Solve the problem by turning off the [Turn on group traffic statistics only] function in the BA system settings
