[IAG] Configuring flow control policy does not achieve the desired effect

Problem Description

The customer has set a 1MB limit for each user, but the user's Internet access is still sometimes slow

Process——

1. Check the customer configuration. It is indeed configured with 1MB for downlink. The customer still reports that the Internet is sometimes slow.
2. Check the user and find that it is a wireless user. Ping 114.114.114.114 from the computer and capture the packet on the interface. The wireless user has done NAT configuration.
3. Ask the customer's wireless router not to do NAT and test it for a few days to see if the Internet is normal.

Root cause

The wireless router has NAT, so our device can only recognize the address after NAT.

solution

Increase the single-user limit again, or do not use NAT on the wireless router
